Pisces Sun, Libra Moon, Libra Rising

​

Every morning when I was growing up, my mom would read me my horoscope from the paper and tell me the amount of stars i had. If it was 2 she would say "can't leave the house today" and she would embrace all the luck from a 5 star day. When i was about 11 or 12, she gave me an old book she had about finding your moon and rising with what i now know is called an ephemeris. I have been astrologically obsessed ever since. Mostly self-taught by Liz Greene and Robert Hand books and lectures, I have attended lectures in the Big Apple Astrology Meetup for the last year, and regularly tracked the luminaries and planets for years. 

My belief is that astrology can be used to see ourselves from a small step back so we take a deeper look and take bigger care of our inner selves. I approach astrology with a light touch and radical neutrality. We are all only human dealing with very human things- there is no such thing as a bad chart.

 

Outside of astrology I enjoy writing poems, generally journaling, running, stretching, taking classes of any kind, and going on very long walks in the city (urban hiking).
